Proofs must be supplied for all ads. TOP AGENT Magazine accepts no responsibility for errors in printing advertisements if no proof is provided.

GUIDELINES FOR ADVERTISEMENTS:
• Accepted file formats, PDF, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator. Other formats are not accepted.
• Files may be submitted on CD, DVD or email.
• Images used, including photos and logos should be RGB and 300 dpi.
• All images and fonts must be embedded or supplied with the advertising materials.

TOP AGENT Magazine accepts no responsibility for errors or omissions in published advertisements.

Advertising materials will be stored by TOP AGENT Magazine for 12 months and then destroyed, unless otherwise requested.
